Arrived safely after our long and tiring journey, children hyper and looking forward to a great week.
Happy birthday to Abigail and Sophie-Mae who enjoyed cake and candles and a rapturous rendition of Happy Birthday from both schools.
Shelter building was the first activity, where we built houses out of branches to protect us from predators, extreme sunlight, wind, cold................
..................and sudden downpours!!!!!
Some shelters were more successful than others!!!
Team building next, where a number of challenges tested our communication skills, teamwork, leadership, problem solving and most of all patience and friendship!
Stubbington Stars awards go to children who have shown exceptional Stubbington spirit. Well done to Logan and Lauren who worked really hard today without any fuss (even when wet).
A big thank you to Miss Taylor who stepped in at the last minute to replace Mrs Bucksey who is poorly. You are a star!
